Its inverted top makes for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals. aFe developed this sturdy 18 gauge steel wrinkle-black powder-coated heat shield to attach to the top of the lower half of the factory airbox to provide a hassle-free installation utilizing factory mounting locations. This system features a high quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. The XLPE material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable. This intake replaces the factory upper intake box. All hardware and components are included for a hassle-free installation. This kit utilizes high quality worm clamps and a bellows silicone coupler.
