Suggested Use Body Balm: Warm a pea sized amount of balm between your fingertips and massage well onto clean skin. Allow to absorb by massaging upward and outwards for a few minutes to boost circulation. Comes in a 50ml glass jar that lasts for many months. For external use only.
Suggested Use Body Oil: A little goes a long way, only a few drops are enough to achieve the desired results; one bottle lasts months.
