This kit is based on Double antibody Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti PLUNC antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components.

The Human PLUNC (Palate lung and nasal epithelium clone protein) ELISA Kit measures PLUNC in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti PLUNC antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with PLUNC bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of PLUNC in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Sooo soft! Like a cat you can pet whenever you want
I have hand disability along w peripheral neuropathy and I'm always in some degree of pain and i cannot differentiate much with my fingers up to my shoulders. Then it is relegated to cat blanket/ spare bed blanket, lol. When washing this type of blanket i don't use fabric softener or dry it with heat: both will mat it up. Air drying is best or do no heat . The coloring is gorgeous! I got the gray tie dye. It's soft like a cat you can pet when's you want to,too and it will never get annoyed with you 🙂!
