"Arrington de Dionyso first made his name with the crazed Olympia-based art rock unit, Old Time Relijun. And I guess they still technically exist, but he has lately been more involved with Indonesian musical investigations, and lots of overtly free jazz horn aktion. Shouting Over Deep Water Blues was recorded by Henrik Lofgren in July 2012, in a small boat floating off the coast of Sweden. It features five improvisations on the Bromiophone with occasional liquid accompaniment provided by nature. Asked to describe the Bromiophone, Arrington writes, 'After many years of intense focus on the resonances and multi-phonic potentials of the bass clarinet, I decided to experiment with an extended range PVC pipe instrument called the Bromiophone (after Bromios, the thunder-roaring aspect of Dionysos in Greek mythology). As a modular instrument using a bass clarinet neck and mouthpiece, the various tubes can be lengthened and shortened according to improvisatory whim and wonder. The palms of the hands cover two open air holes which can be modulated both with movement of the hands and variations in lung pressure and mouthpiece embouchure to control the production of pitch, volume, and most importantly variations in tone color.' We've heard lots of players from Chris Corsano to Borbetomagus to Hen Bennink and onward use strange tubes to blow through, but Arrington manages to play a wonderfully full recital here, combining the reed's intonations with vocals recalling some of Arthur Doyle's Voice-o-phone experiments, and small randomized percussion events. Some of the tone inventions initially have a feel one often associates with members of the Netherland's Instant Composers Pool, but Arrington has a stick-to-it-iveness that ultimately make the music seems as American as it is freaked. Does nothing for my skin
I have been using this for a little over a month and this has done nothing for my skin. For the price, I'm disappointed, I expected to see at least some little results after 1 month but nothing for me. I will not purchase again.

Its fine... but didnt really work for me.

I prefer oil based products, and I prefer something with a natural scent like lavender, rose, rosemary.

Finally a razor for women that's gentle where it matters and powerful where it counts.
I could tell right away that this razor was designed with women in mind. It petite enough to fit in curves, but not so small that you spend all day grooming. Bonus feature - unlike some razors you can charge it with or without the stand. For someone on the go, having a rechargeable razor that's compact for travel and uses the same cord as my phone is a HUGE win. Other things I liked: it has a nice touch to it and it balances well in my hand. It's easy to hold and maneuver. You can use it both as a trimmer for quick shaping and for a close shave. A note on this: Any shaver will pull hairs if you use it incorrectly. Start with the straight trimmer for longer hairs. Watch your angle and adjust as needed. Do an internet search for videos to help. Use the guards if your hair is especially long. Only switch to the round shaver with really short hair or stubble. I had zero issues with pulled hairs. It truly is painless as advertised. The shave quality was close and baby smooth with zero skin irritation. It functions exactly as advertised and the battery life was excellent. Truth be told, it's winter so it's been a while since I last shaved my legs. I needed the extended time. Having both a trimmer and razor in one tool is fantastic value and time saver. Clean up was simple. I'm happy to finally have a women's razor that works as it should.
