The Ojibwa WomanIn the 1930s, young anthropologist Ruth Landes crafted this startlingly intimate glimpse into the lives of Ojibwa women, a richly textured ethnography widely recognized as a classic study of gender relations in a native society. By collaborating closely with Maggie Wilson, a woman of Scots Cree descent who grew up among the Ojibwas, Landes was able to explore the complexity of Ojibwa women's experiences in compelling and often uncompromising detail.
In the 1930s, young anthropologist Ruth Landes crafted this startlingly intimate glimpse into the lives of Ojibwa women, a richly textured ethnography widely recognized as a classic study of gender relations in a native society. By collaborating closely with Maggie Wilson, a woman of Scots-Cree descent who grew up among the Ojibwas, Landes was able to explore the complexity of Ojibwa women's experiences in compelling and often uncompromising detail. Sexuality and violence, marital rights and responsibilities, and the constraints and opportunities afforded by traditional and modern aspects of Ojibwa culture are all thoroughly and thoughtfully examined in this study. Landes's pioneering work continues to inspire lively debate today, her study having thrown into relief essential questions about the nature of gender relations among native peoples and how to best interpret them.Binding Type: Paperback

Good caddy, not a fan of the clear water holder. Should be black like the caddy. And maybe another taller area for the sponge

Great product at a good price
Color: Black, Size: Medium
This sink caddy is made of sturdy material and helpful for holding the stuff on the edge of my sink. It's nice to be able to move the little drain spout to accommodate where I set it. It also allows me to move the divider to accommodate the size of what I put in there, so that's nice. It has an overall nice look. removing the tray to wash it out is very helpful. The only thing I don't care for is that sometimes when I grab the dish cloth, the little rod pops out. However, this is a minor inconvenience, and only when I'm in a hurry to grab the cloth. The price is very reasonable for the sturdy material.

Keeps my sink area neat and organized
Color: Black, Size: Medium
Really happy with this sink caddy! The 304 stainless steel feels sturdy and looks nice, and the auto drain spout keeps water from pooling on the counter. The divided sections easily hold my sponge, brush, and soap bottle without taking up much space.
I also like the removable towel bar and that there was no installation needed. Redy to use right out of the box. Simple, practical, and very useful for keeping the sink area tidy.

it is good quality
Color: Black, Size: Medium
this is very sleek and handy. I like how it looks and sits on the counter. One thought the part the holds the dish cloth falls off when I take the dish cloth off. It is a minor issue, however, if there was a way to clip it more secure to the item, this would be ideal. thank yoo

Most importantly, its drainage system directs water into the tank, keeping it dry.
Color: Black, Size: Medium
This drain rack is small and fits perfectly on the edge of my sink. It's just the right size to hold hand soap and dishcloths, doesn't take up much space, and most importantly, it directs water directly into the sink, keeping it dry and keeping my sink clean and tidy.
