By boosting the signal of all Ajax devices, the ReX maintains stable and secure communication with the hub over vast distances.
Uncompromised Reliability and Speed
The ReX operates on the proprietary Jeweller radio technology, offering encrypted, two-way communication at a distance of up to 1,800 meters in open space. It transmits alarms in a blistering 0.3 seconds, ensuring you are notified of any event almost instantly. Even in the event of a power outage, the built-in backup battery keeps the ReX operational for up to 35 hours, providing uninterrupted security.
Advanced Anti-Sabotage and Smart Operation
Running on the secure OS Malevich, the ReX is protected against software attacks and viruses. All communication is encrypted with a dynamic key, making signal interception virtually impossible. The device is equipped with a tamper alarm that provides immediate notification if the body is opened or it's detached from its mount. If the connection to the main hub is lost, the ReX can take control of the devices connected to it, activating a siren to deter intruders. Installation is simple and intuitive; just scan the QR code with the Ajax app, name the device, and you're ready to go.
