Discover everything you ever wanted to know about how the government really works with this accessible, highly designed and illustrated handbook from Marjory Stoneman Douglas AP government teacher Jeff Foster. Now more than ever, it's so important for everyone to understand our government: where it came from, how it works, and how we can bring about change. And, after all, in the words of author and government teacher Jeff Foster, If you don't participate, you can't complain. This book is a comprehensive and entertaining guide that answers questions like: What is the Constitution? What are the branches of the government? What is the Electoral College? What are the political parties? What are the different responsibilities of the city, state, and federal governments? Plus, discover the complete backstory on some of our government's most important moments, like why we wrote the Declaration of Independence, and how people since then have worked with--and protested against--the government to improve the lives of all Americans. Each spread features a mix of black-and-white and full-color art, including infographics, charts, maps, political caricatures, and other engaging visual elements that will be fun and easy for kids to understand. Includes a foreword from Yolanda Renee King, an activist and the granddaughter of Martin Luther King, Jr. and Coretta Scott King, plus lots of amazing back matter about how kids can participate and get involved.

Fantastic power strip with tons of outlets!
Size: 6.5 FT, Color: Black
This surge protector power strip is amazing! With 22 AC outlets and 6 USB ports including USB-C, it's incredibly versatile for all my devices. The flat plug makes it easy to fit behind furniture and the 6.5-foot cord gives plenty of reach. The 1875W capacity handles everything with ease!

22 outlets. Super easy to use. Extremely happy with purchase.
Size: 6.5 FT, Color: Black
22 outlets!
I had 2 battery backups but, after 5 years, the battery died and could not be easily replaced.
I moved all my plugs to one, easy to use strip.
Lots of room for block plugs. Generous room between outlets.
3 USB C and 3 USB A outlets mean I can plug in chargers for my devices.
Extremely happy with my purchase. Great company. Lots of choices from DEPOW but this one allowed me to plug in all my block plugs without covering other plugs.
Great color. Extremely well made.
Will purchase again.
Generous 6.5 foot cord. My others had short 3 foot cords which barely reached.

Perfect for the bathroom
Color: Dark Brown, Size: 15.7 inch, Color: Dark Brown, Size: 15.7 inch
I recently installed the these floating shelves with Wire Storage Basket, and I'm genuinely impressed with their blend of style and practicality. The shelves were easy to mount, and the included hardware felt sturdy, ensuring they're securely in place. Right off the bat, I noticed the quality of the materials; the wood has a nice finish, and the wire basket is well-constructed, promising durability.
Functionality is where these shelves truly shine. The wire basket is perfect for storing smaller items, keeping them organized and within easy reach, while the shelf space is great for displaying decorative pieces. They've helped me declutter my space and add a touch of rustic charm at the same time.
Aesthetically, these shelves look great in my bathroom. Overall, these floating shelves have exceeded my expectations, offering a stylish and functional storage solution that's built to last.

Looks great and holds firm.
Color: Dark Brown, Size: 15.7 inch
Looks great in my bathroom. Great functionality and good quality shelving and frame. I wouldn't stack an Encyclopedia Britanica on it, but it will solidly hold bathroom items with no problem. I added a couple of motion-activated rechargeable light on each side of this unit and it really looks great while serving a very practical purpose.
