Moderate DIY Skills are recommended for installation of the shower enclosure. To reduce water we recommend placing the interior panel to be positioned closed to the shower head. Ensure your measurements are precise and finished wall material is in place before measuring for your shower door. The header and rail will be shipped long and will need cut to size during installation. Tools needed to install the door are: Tape measure, level, hacksaw, drill, 7/64 in., 1/8 in., 1/4 in. drill bits, #2 Philips screwdriver, 3/16 in. wrench, sharp knife, and caulking (clear silicone recommended) Optional tools include a miter box for cutting parts to length, files, center punch, and masking tape. Not Strategic or Practical

This book would be helpful to office managers who are overseeing small self-managed projects. There is heavy emphasis on people management and almost none on any practical project management techniques.
It gave me flashbacks of a couple of project managers I've worked with who were completely useless and left the team to pick up their slack; the kind that talk endlessly without saying anything meaningful and struggle with the basics, like scheduling a meeting. I'm giving it 2 stars because it takes quite a bit of time and effort to publish a book.

Useful and very well done - Bravo!
Format: Paperback
I am a YouTube follower of the authors book, and I purchased her book to take advantage of her real life experiences of flipping over 30 + houses. Because I had already purchased my first house I focused on Part 2 to help me organize my renovation, and revaluate my approach. The book is well written, reading flows, the notes, graphics that call out important details are well place, the models to follow are super useful and the resources are endless. There is an online digital resource that is extremely helpful too. There is so much in this book. I will come back and update as I get through it, but I can say this is an excellent purchase already well worth the money spent. I watch her YouTube channel, and review the online resources regularly, and carry this book with me as I am doing the work as I work, so taking all my spare time to study and review.
Part 2 is where I am focus now since I am starting my renovation. I am doing a "cosmetic" renovation, and her advice about where to focus my budget has helped me decide where to start, what to buy (study comps online - I personally like Redfin, but Zillow too) and I already have a realtor I am working with, and was recommended a contractor by my agent. So - off to the races. It is a downturn market so I am taking my first flip slow, but in a few months I will update my review.
I highly recommend buying the book, it is like an idiots guide to house flipping, but better....you have her YouTube channel, and the online resources too! Enjoy!!

All the information you need to start your first project
Format: Paperback
In the past few years, I have read a couple of books about flipping houses and purchased some paid programs online. This book has so much valuable information that it's by far the most useful one, even compared to the paid 'training program.' When I read it, I can truly feel Elisa's genuineness in sharing her knowledge and experience. I actually finished my first flip before reading this book, now looking back I wish I had read it to avoid some of the mistakes I made. Thank you Elisa for publishing this book.
