For the first time outside Sweden, over it's two discs, Svenska Shakers collects 41 choice cuts from the period when Sweden's world-class bands beat the musical exports at their own game. The R&B crunchers, mod grooves, freakbeat and psych-pop featured demonstrate that Sweden more than came up with the goods between 1964 and 1968. Svenska Shakers takes it's lead from the ground-breaking 1984 Swedish compilation album Searchin' For Shakes, and builds from it by including five of the original Searchin' For Shakes' most ripping tracks. Highlights of the essential Svenska Shakers include the Namelosers' lacerating 'Do-Ao'; Annaabee-Nox's feedback-dominated, free-form freakout take on The Who's 'The Kids Are Alright'; The Shakers' stylish version of the non-Rolling Stones Keith Richard co-write 'All I Want Is My Baby'; Tages' soaring 1968 psych-pop gem 'Fantasy Island'; two tracks by Bamboo, whose vocalist Mikael Rickfors went on to join The Hollies; The Cheers' extraordinary deconstruction of Jefferson Airplane's 'Somebody To Love'; three tracks by the esoteric pop-art band Science Poption whose singer/guitarist Claus Dieden became a Swedish radio personality. Doesn't work, got burnt

This is very tinted, stains what it touches. I reapplied 3 times throughout a 3 hour span while at a beach in Florida and got burnt, particularly around swimsuit straps (despite being extra careful to get under the straps). It goes on pretty smoothly and eventually clear but would not recommend due to lack of sun protection.

Not as great as I hoped

Bought because of high praise from esthetician on social media. Overall, not worth the price.
Pros-
Did work as a sunscreen.
Had no reaction or breakouts from it.
Socially conscious brand/product.
Cons-
-Very thick and paste like. Hard to spread around dry areas. I would prefer a lighter formula.
-Even though it is tinted (got the classic) and I am pale skinned this made me look washed out. Wore it in my face one day and people kept asking me if I was "feeling okay".
- When I wore it on my body it would get tinted sunscreen on my clothes and was very difficult to get the color out. I wear sunscreen all year around in any weather and I would only recommend this if you are going to the beach/pool so you don't get stains on nicer clothes.

Love this sunscreen! It glides over the skin, doesn't leave a white cast even on my brown skin, and it stays put. I love the texture. It's similar to paula's choice resist mineral sunscreen but a higher spf. I use it on my face too.

If you burn easily like I do, this sunscreen is an absolute lifesaver. I used it during a full day out in the intense sun and beach heat, and it protected my skin perfectly—not a single spot of redness!
What I love most is that it works beautifully for both the face and body. It applies smoothly, absorbs quickly, and doesn't leave that heavy, suffocating white cast that a lot of high-SPF sunscreens do. It also handles sweat and water incredibly well without running into my eyes and stinging. It has a nice, subtle beachy scent that isn’t overpowering. This is officially my go-to sunscreen for outdoor activities!

This sunscreen works amazing! The Neutrogena Beach Defense SPF 70 gives excellent sun protection without feeling too heavy or greasy on the skin. I really like that it doesn’t have a strong overpowering smell like many other sunscreens. It’s lightweight, absorbs quickly, and feels comfortable for everyday wear or beach days. The water resistance is great and it protects well even during long hours outside. Perfect for the whole family and definitely worth buying again!
