Sarah Louise's music is spiritually and tangibly set apart from her peers, her 12-string compositions culled from birdsong and rivers as well as the sacred drone of Appalachian folk music. - NPR Music, Songs We Love Praised by Pitchfork as one of the most exciting figures in solo guitar music masterful 12-string guitarist and vocalist Sarah Louise integrates elements of drone, spiritual jazz, and minimalism into her compositions. Her Thrill Jockey debut Deeper Woods is her first album to prominently feature her voice. Louise enriches her warm singular vocal sound with a lush variety of instruments as well as layers of harmonies that together create a tapestry of texture. Deeper Woods features performances by Louises House and Land bandmate and Steve Gunn collaborator Sally Anne Morgan, as well as drummer Thom Nguyen, and Jason Meagher (Black Dirt Studios), who also mixed the album. Steeped in Appalachian folk traditions, Louise influences are much broader with shades of psychedelia and experimentalism, pushing her beyond genre constraints. Incorporating both traditional and modern methods of composition, Deeper Woods is a reflection on the struggle between peaceful isolation and the need for community. By reframing traditional music styles and lyricism with a feminist stance, the album blends the spiritual with the cerebral. Louise has toured extensively over the past year both solo and with House and Land. 2018 will see an appearance at Pickathon Festival as well as continued touring1. Bowman's Root2. Get one but use it on a medium firm mattress, not a firm one.
Number of Items: 1
You need a mattress that is medium firmness to use this wonderful pillow. It gives perfect neck support and I can sleep on all 4 sides with it. My neck/head pain quit first night used it. On a firm mattress it feels too hard and awkwardly cradle l es my head.

Great Pillows
Number of Items: 2
Got the 2pk, while these are probably not worth $65/pillow, they are definitely comfortable and I had no issues sleeping on it. Much better than the memory foam pillows from Walmart.
Could be a bit bigger and denser on the foam, but otherwise its perfect.
Pair with nylon cover for better cooling.

Excellent !!
Size: Standard (Pack of 2), Color: Original White
Like many other folks my age, I suffer with Neck & Shoulder pain throughout the night. I have bought and tried several Gel-Foam Bed Pillows, even the contoured pillows. None of these pillows can compare to the Vaverto Memory Form Pillows !! These Vaverto's Pillows are the Best Supported and Comfort Gel-Infused Pillows I have ever slept on !! They have just the right amount of firmness for good neck support. I Highly Recommended These "Vaverto Memory Foam Pillows" For Neck Pain Relief And A Good Nights Sleep !! JimA, Mt.Vernon, Mo.

Nice Pillows!
Size: King (Pack of 2), Color: Original White
Very nice, quality pillows. They came compressed but expanded very quickly when the plastic wrapping was removed. They are a bit firm but are very comfortable and soft. Very pleased with the pillows.
