If you haven't yet purchased a Vitamix blender, the Vitamix Ascent A2300 Blender is the one you've been waiting for. This blender has a powerful 2.2 HP motor and laser-cut, hardened stainless steel blades. Together, they can blend any of your favorite ingredients, even hard nuts and frozen fruit. The A2300 has a center dial which is surrounded by large, easy to read numbers. To the left and right of the knob are on/off and Pulse toggle switches. And above the knob is a digital timer, so you'll always know exactly how long you've blending - great when precision counts. An added feature of the Ascent series is its NFC technology (Near-Field Communication). The blender will sense which size container you're using and adjust maximum times accordingly. The blender comes with a low-profile 64 oz container. It is BPA-free, dishwasher safe, and comes with a clear lid, so you can see your blend from any angle. Also available separately are a 20 oz Smoothie container and 8 oz bowls to use with small batches such as baby food or salad dressings. The A2300 is available in 4 colors: black, red, slate, and white. It comes with a 10 year Warranty. Included in the box: Motor base, 64 oz container with lid, tamper, and Ascent Series cookbook. It's assembled and engineered in the USA (motor made in Sweden).

Built-In Wireless Connectivity

The A2300 includes wireless connectivity, allowing it to sense the size of container you've chosen to use. It also comes equipped with Bluetooth technology, so stay tuned for future functions, including the Perfect Blend Smart Scale.

The Ascent A2300 comes with a 64 oz low-profile container. Also available separately are 20 oz Smoothie cups, 8 oz bowls, and the 48 ounce wet and dry Self-Detect Containers. All are BPA-free and dishwasher safe. The convenient 20 oz container allows you to blend your smoothie right in the container and take it with you. The tapered design securely fits in most car drink holders. The 8 oz bowls are the perfect size for blending smaller recipes, such as baby food, salad dressings, and pesto sauce.
