Triphala is a combination of these Ayurvedic fruits:

1. Amla (Emblica officinalis)
2. Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica)
3. Haritaki (Terminalia chebula)

DIY Cosmetic Projects: Measure for DIY projects

Direction: Skin Cleanser

• Activate powder with Warm Coconut Oil and make a paste, Apply to areas of dead skin needing exfoliation. Scrub the area with the paste and rinse. 

Direction: Scalp Cleanser

• Activate 1 Tablespoon of powder with some water for yogurt consistency and 1 tablespoon of Neem Powder.  
• Apply the mix to the scalp and massage in to remove product buildup. Wear a conditioning cap for 30 minutes and then rinse your hair. 

• Activate 4 Tablespoons of powder with 1 Quart of Warm Water, Add 2 Tablespoons of Natural oil and boil for 10 minutes.
• Use the cooled concoction as a hair rinse and massage into your hair. Wear a conditioning cap for 30 minutes and then Wash your hair.

• Activate powder with Warm Water, Herbal Tea, Coconut Water and Natural Carrier Oil.
• Mix well to make a smooth paste {Yogurt consistency}
• Let the mixture soak/sit for a 90 minutes
• Apply the mixture from scalp to ends
• Wash/Rinse off after 30 minutes with a mild shampoo
