Limited 180 gram audiophile clear vinyl LP pressing in gatefold jacket including poster. 1968 was an amazing year for rock music, and San Francisco was the place to be for legendary classic rock bands like Jefferson Airplane. After stunning success with three gold and platinum albums under their belts, the classic quintet of Paul Kantner, Marty Balin, Jorma Kaukonen, Jack Casady, Grace Slick and Spencer Dryden delivered their masterwork Crown Of Creation. The LP would become one of the most important albums of their long career featuring one of the most artistic and sobering covers of our time. With a groundswell of support from the hip record buying public to major airplay at both underground FM and pop radio stations, the and was received incredibly well. Their fourth RCA album showcases a very hip band that has stood the test of time now for over five decades. Mastered impeccably by Joe Reagoso (Jefferson Airplane/Hot Tuna/Grateful Dead), this first time audiophile vinyl release will become one of the more important albums in your classic rock collection. To enhance your Airplane listening pleasure, the gatefold cover featurs new liner notes from Jorma Kaukonen and Jack Casady as well as including the rare 12 x 24 poster of Brumus and photo insert, which truly make this an even more rewarding event for the fans.

I should have looked somewhere else.
Format: Paperback
Not very helpful. I wanted a book that would help guide me through setting up a web server. There should have been a more complete step by step guide comparing traditional methods with newer updated methods.

Organized well. You can read it section by section. Fantastic information. Clearly presented.
I like this book better than "what to expect" because this one does a better job of what you'll ACTUALLY expect versus telling you the throngs of horrible things that could happen to you or your baby. I'd rather be informed than mentally prodded with scary information. On one hand, it's good to know what could happen, so the other books you've probably already ordered are good to skim through, but this book I recommend reading all the way through. Easy to read, you'll actually have TIME to read it because you can read the age your baby is instead of a book that's all mixed up and organized by diseases and threats. Clear photos and explanations and tips on how to make your life and baby's life easier and better. I've understood my baby's needs better because of this book. I feel really glad I got it because it was the only book that really helped my daily life with my newborn.

we loved this well-illustrated book
As first-time parents, we loved this well-illustrated book, recommended it to one couple, and recently ordered another for an expecting couple in our family. Rather than grouping content by topic, the book is ordered chronologically, starting with Day 1 and progressing throughout the first year. Don't expect to read straight through; there are lots of pictures, sidebars, notes, etc. This makes it easier to find and retain relevant information (as opposed to reading a 100-page section on "Diet and Nutrition"). Provides a thorough treatment of most of the common issues, fun discoveries and concerns you encounter as a new parent.
