The Human (PTPN6) Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase, Non-receptor Type 6 ELISA Kit measures Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase,Non-Receptor Type 6 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human PTPN6 antibody. PTPN6 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human PTPN6 Antibody is added and binds to PTPN6 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated PTPN6 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human PTPN6. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

The natural wood color is not painted at all though, just bare unfinished wood. So the pores are just open. I thought it’d be covered in clear lacquer or finished with something. I have this standing on a tiled surface, when I mopped the floor, the wood soaked up the excess liquid and now has dark water stains going up the legs. If the wood were sealed, this wouldn’t happen. It stands well on its own and the double hinges are great for using it like a door - it opens well in both directions.
