The Tamiya 1/12 Yamaha XV1600 Road Star Custom (14135) presents Yamaha's heavyweight cruiser in a stylised custom specification — evoking the chopper and custom bike culture that has built up around big-bore American-style V-twins. The XV1600's long wheelbase, powerful V-twin, and classic proportions make it an ideal platform for customisation, and this version presents it with custom touches including modified wheels, lowered suspension, and period-correct custom styling.
An alternative approach to the standard Road Star kit, offering a more personalised and custom-flavoured build.
Kit highlights:
- Yamaha XV1600 Road Star in custom specification
- Custom wheels, lowered stance, and modified styling
- Air-cooled V-twin engine and chrome detail
- Chopper/custom bike culture aesthetic
- A distinctive alternative to the standard Road Star
Please note: Cement and paints required, sold separately.
