This is a voluptuous, mouth-coating Grenache augmented by smaller proportions of Syrah and Mourvèdre. Its black plum and mulberry flavours are intensely ripe and juicy, but it's a nuanced wine accented by flecks of peppery spice, espresso and violet, and a upright streak of acidity that anchors the finish. Approachable young, but should improve further well through 2035
