Sản phẩm được chế biến từ 100% ớt tươi nguyên chất được chọn lọc kỹ càng, không chất phụ gia, chất bảo quản độc hại nên rất an toàn cho sức khỏe người sử dụng. Ớt được xay thành dạng hạt bột còn hơi to, dẹp, có màu đỏ sậm tự nhiên rất thích hợp dùng để muối kimchi hoặc chế biến các món cần thấy rõ sự hiện diện của ớt để tô điểm thêm cho món ăn.
