The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre coated with an antibody specific to Rabbit MAP2K6 MKK6. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rabbit MAP2K6 MKK6 and Avidin Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP)

The Rabbit MAP2K6/MKK6 (Mitogen Activated Protein Kinase Kinase 6) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rabbit MAP2K6/MKK6. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rabbit MAP2K6/MKK6 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rabbit MAP2K6/MKK6, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Rabbit MAP2K6/MKK6. You can calculate the concentration of Rabbit MAP2K6/MKK6 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Hell of a Case
So I purchased this case for my iPad 10 generation. It was easy to install and very pleasing. I wasn't planning on writing this review but here I am. One Saturday morning, I placed my iPad on the rood of my car while I put my son in the car and in his car seat. Drove off and all of a sudden while going down the highway, I got a notification that my iPad was left on the freeway. Like ahh crap. Tracked the iPad the whole way, dropped my son off at his grandma. Ipad ended up losing signal 25 minutes after the notification. Located the case, didn't survive, obviously. What I will say though it withstood the driving cars going 60+ MPH for nearly 25 minutes before the iPad was destroyed. Really enjoyed the case. Really protected it for a great amount of time before it had enough. Really recommend.
