*The 1989 album *Batman* returns as a newly remastered 2-CD collector’s edition!
Originally conceived as the soundtrack to the 1989 film, the album *Batman*—which also achieved critical acclaim and reached No. 1 on the US charts as a standalone album—is now available as a newly remastered, revised 2-CD PGA Collector’s Edition! CD 1 features all tracks from the album, remastered in 2026. The tracks have been upgraded with a new mastering process, offering even higher-quality audio than previous releases. The extras include seven previously unreleased tracks, including singles not included on the original album. “Dance with the Devil,” which was ultimately cut from the soundtrack and remained unreleased, makes its debut here in a new stereo remix. CD 2 compiles 12" versions and remixes not included on the original album. This disc also features upgraded audio through new remastering and serves as an expanded edition with additional content compared to previous releases. This is the definitive latest collector’s edition of the masterpiece album “Batman,” the last of the 1980s!
