Before & After: Brighter, Whiter Smile in 14 Days
I used these consistently for the full 2-week treatment, and I’m really impressed with the results! As you can see in my before-and-after photo, the difference is very noticeable. The strips were easy to apply and remove, and I typically left them on for 30 minutes each night before rinsing -- they stayed securely in place the whole time and didn’t leave behind any sticky residue, which made them even more comfortable to use.
I have somewhat sensitive teeth, and while I experienced a little extra sensitivity on just a couple of days, it wasn’t too bad and went away quickly. A few days after finishing the kit, I haven’t had any lasting sensitivity issues—and my teeth are still looking just as white. I also really liked the refreshing mint flavor, which made the process feel clean and pleasant. Overall, this kit is a great choice if you want an effective whitening option that’s enamel-safe and easy to use. I’d definitely recommend it for tackling coffee, wine, or tobacco stains.

This book transformed how I understand God, Source, or consciousness—not as something distant or abstract, but as a living, responsive force we can consciously co-create with. Reading it once felt like only scratching the surface. I can already tell this is a book I’ll be studying for years as I continue to release old materialist programming and step into the co-creative potential of life itself.

Whew!!! If you want a DEEEEEP dive into Plasma this will keep you busy. I'm not a sciencey kind of learner so this is a bit over my head... but I'm gonna keep at it. Great reference book for beginning to acclimate to the plasma vocabulary.
