Tương đậu lên men hay còn gọi là Doenjang, là gia vị không thể thiếu trong bữa cơm của người Hàn Quốc. Được làm từ công thức lên men truyền thống, gia vị tương tự như tương miso của Nhật Bản giúp giữ trọn vị thơm ngon bùi bùi đặc trưng của món ăn.

Tương đậu lên men Haepyo 500g được lên men từ các thành phần như bột tương, đậu nành lên men, ethyl alcohol, bột tương, bột đậu nành không chất béo,…

Thành phần: Bột đậu, đậu nành lên men, bột gạo, muối, đường, dầu mè,...

Khối lượng tịnh: 500g/hộp

Bảo quản: Nơi khô ráo, thoáng mát và tránh ánh sáng mặt trời. Bảo quản tủ đông sau khi mở nắp.

Hạn sử dụng: 2 năm kể từ ngày sản xuất.

Ngoài ra, tương đậu lên men cũng là nguyên liệu không thể thiếu để pha chế với gochujang cùng một số gia vị khác để làm tương chấm thịt nướng và canh tương đậu,...

Hướng dẫn cách pha tương chấm thịt với tương đậu:

  1. 2 muỗng tương đậu Hàn Quốc, 1 muỗng gochujang, 1 muỗng tỏi băm, 1/2 cây hành lá băm nhỏ, 1 nhúm tiêu đen, 1 muỗng dầu mè.
  2. Mix tất cả các nguyên liệu trên lại với nhau. Sau đó rắc thêm 1/2 quả ớt sừng cắt nhỏ cùng hạt mè rang là được nhé!

    A familiar story, just with…..less.

    So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
