In it each of the 183 meditations is presented in a 4-R format: Read, Reflect, Review, Respond. A reading of a brief passage from the Gospel is followed by a short reflection on the incident described. This observation is then expanded and applied to daily life. The final R is a colloquy which draws the reader into deep personal union with Christ. The meditations themselves are concerned with problems of spiritual anxiety, confused ideals, impatience with oneself or others, lack of charity, envy, anger, humility, hope, interior peace, and many other perplexing human emotions and states of mind. The hallmark of Father Paone's spiritual direction is the sound common sense he uses; he manages to "hit the nail on the head" every time. Love the quality. No waxy feeling, ,but has a slight seal on a cardboard plate so food does not make plate soggy. I give a 4 star because, the actual surface that is usable for food is 4.5”. This can be a nice thing as the edge holds food / snack on plate.. Reasonably priced for 100 small plates. Would I buy again maybe.

Amazing lotion for the low price.

Great everyday lotion and an excellent value for the price. The texture is light and creamy, not greasy, and it absorbs quickly. I like the scent, though scent preference is personal. Shipping was fast.
The only downside is the pump—it was difficult to open and required turning it counterclockwise, then clockwise, which was more effort than it should have been. Once it popped up, it works perfectly.
