Nuova Simonelli has built the Oscar II to last a lifetime and they back it with a 2 year warranty! The first year is a full one year parts and labor warranty serviced through J.L. Hufford. Nuova Simonelli now also includes a second year parts-only warranty for service at any Nuova Simonelli authorized repair center. This warranty excludes failure resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, catastrophe, lack of maintenance and does not cover user replaceable parts such as the brew group gasket.
