Total Insight Into Your Indoor Environment
The Milesight 7-in-1 Indoor Ambience Monitor is a comprehensive LoRaWAN® sensor designed to provide a complete and accurate picture of your indoor environment. This compact and powerful device is essential for smart buildings, offices, schools, hospitals, and homes, ensuring optimal comfort, air quality, and energy efficiency. By integrating seven key sensors into a single unit, it simplifies environmental monitoring without compromising on detail. The real-time data is shown on a high-contrast E-ink screen, allowing for immediate quantification of indoor conditions and comfort levels.
Seven Essential Sensors in One Device
Gain a holistic view of any indoor space with integrated sensors for:
- Temperature & Humidity: Monitor ambient temperature and humidity to maintain a comfortable and healthy environment.
- PIR (Motion): The passive infrared sensor detects occupancy, enabling smart energy management by adjusting HVAC and lighting based on presence.
- Light: Measures ambient light levels to help automate lighting systems for energy savings and occupant comfort.
- CO2 Concentration: A crucial indicator of indoor air quality and ventilation effectiveness. High CO2 levels can impact concentration and well-being.
- TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Compounds): Detects a wide range of organic chemical compounds to monitor for pollutants and ensure clean air.
- Barometric Pressure: Provides atmospheric pressure data, which can be useful for weather prediction and specialized applications.
Advanced Features for Smart Management
Powered by LoRaWAN technology, this sensor ensures long-range, low-power wireless communication, with a transmission range of up to 2 km in urban areas. It can operate for over a year on two standard AA batteries. Configuration is made simple through an NFC mobile app, allowing for quick setup and adjustments. When combined with a Milesight LoRaWAN® gateway and the Milesight IoT Cloud solution, users can remotely manage and visualize all sensor data for actionable insights.
Applications
This all-in-one sensor is ideal for a variety of applications, including:
- Smart Offices: Optimize HVAC systems and lighting based on real-time occupancy and comfort data to save energy.
- Schools and Classrooms: Ensure a healthy learning environment by monitoring air quality and CO2 levels.
- Healthcare Facilities: Maintain optimal conditions for patient comfort and safety in hospitals and clinics.
- Retail Stores: Enhance the customer experience by ensuring a comfortable and pleasant shopping environment.
