연쇄구균, 폐렴연쇄구균, 수막염균, 임균, 보르데텔라 백일해, 카타르구균, 디프테리아균, 클로스트리듐 퍼프린젠스, 폐렴미코플라스마, 클라미디아 트라코마티스, 우레아플라스마 우레알리티쿰, 레지오넬라 뉴모필라, 캄필로박터 파일로리, 공장캄필로박터, 가드네렐라 바지날리스, 인플루엔자균, 황색포도구균, 콜레라균, 앵무병 클라미디아
○ 적응증
- 인후두염, 급성기관지염, 편도염, 세균성폐렴, 미코플라스마폐렴 등 호흡기 감염증
- 임균에 의한 감염을 제외한 생식기감염증 및 성병
- 중이염, 부비동염
- 모낭염, 종기, 종기증, 옹종, 단독, 연조직염, 림프관(절)염, 생인손, 화농성 손발톱주위염, 피하농양, 한선염, 응괴성 여드름, 감염성 죽종
- 수막염균성 수막염환자와 접촉한 경우에 감염 예방 목적
- 치관주위염, 치주조직염
2)용량,용법
성인 : 록시트로마이신으로서 1회 150㎎(역가)을 1일 2회 아침, 저녁식전에 경구투여한다.
폐렴의 경우 1일 1회 300mg(역가)을 아침 식전에 투여한다.
연령, 증상에 따라 적절히 증감한다.
