Protein Blend 82% [soy protein isolate, whey protein concentrate (milk), calcium caseinate (contains milk)], flavor enhancer (glycine and its sodium salt), micronized creatine monohydrate 5,7%, flavors, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), emulsifier: (soy lecithins), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), salt, color (tartrazine).
Suggested use:
Mix 1 serving of (30 g = 1 heaped scoop = 3 tablespoons of) powder with 300 ml of water and drink twice a day. Use a shaker to prepare the shake. Drink one serving within 45 minutes after training and another serving between two meals. On rest days, drink 1 serving in the morning and 1 in the evening.
