Award winning designer/illustrator, Frank Argento is an Associate Professor of Arts and Imaging Studies at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf, Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York. Argento was also President and Creative Director of Archer Communications, Inc.
Argento created each Catype with letters from the corresponding word. Using only upper and lower case and italic letters, he shaped each character to reflect the essence of the word.
