- 304 SS anchor-style main agitator hugs kettle wall for complete scraping
- Counter-rotating 304 SS secondary beater promotes thorough product movement
- Removable nylon scraper blades prevent scorching and are dishwasher-safe
- Bayonet-mount shafts lift out with an actuator-assist arm for quick cleaning or kettle-only use
- Positive rim-lock & safety interlock block high-speed starts unless mixer is fully engaged
