Meant to compete with Motec and McLaren ignition components, our TaKAI ignition coils deliver a perfect, high output combustion event in your engine by placing more energy into the combustion process to get more energy back out of it.

TaKAI components meet a high output / highly compact / high energy pencil coil design for performance oriented powersport engines by spending a tremendous amount of time using analysis algorithms and prototypes to increase output characteristics while reducing size and weight.

Using a cost is no object approach Mission Ignition successfully adapts the latest technology typically reserved for F1, for use on your modern day street or performance oriented engine. (*see chart A in technical section below) This allows for the best dollar to horsepower gains available by extending horsepower by an average of +2 horsepower per 1000cc, and +2 torque across the rev range. (Typical +4-8 engine horsepower and +4-8 torque common on street orientated 4 cylinder applications) resulting in dramatic engine performance enhancements, as well as vastly improved driving experience.

TaKAI high energy ignition coils / super coils, have also been proven to deliver more then 75+hp in high horsepower nitrous and turbocharged drag bike applications.

Technology such as our high output “focal core” helps focus the energy field in the ignition coil for a hotter, higher efficiency spark event. The materials used and the overall design of the TaKAI coils are also made to dramatically improve efficiency vs other designs by as much as 70% ensuring greater engine response, mileage and performance characteristics from your engine. (*see chart B below in technical section)
