Product Description

Say hello to your new favourite long sleeve tech top - the top that makes you feel like you 've already nailed the outfit before you 've even left the house. Supersoft stretch fabric hugs you in all the right places without ever feeling tight, and quick-wicking material keeps you cool whether you 're powering through a morning walk, hitting the gym, or just running errands. The little details in this women 's gym top are where the magic happens. Laser-cut dots at the shoulders add a subtle, stylish edge while giving you extra breathability - because who wants sweaty shoulders slowing them down? The relaxed shoulder fit moves with you, no awkward tugging or bunching, and the curved dropped hem gives extra coverage at the back, perfect for pairing with leggings or your favourite joggers. And then there 's that delicate TOG24 rose print at the back neck - a tiny flourish that says you notice the details, and yes, it really does make a difference. Lightweight, versatile, and downright flat

Interesting book, dull period
Format: Paperback
As a Marxist historian, Hobsbawm sees the world at this time, as well as the modern world, as a playground for the forces of capitalism. He apologizes for taking a eurocentric approach to world history, while acknowledging that Europe largely determined the course of world events during this period. In spite of the title, there actually isn't much discussion of colonial empires; Hobsbawm seems more interested in how the Age of Empire affected the rulers more than the ruled. His Marxist sympathies are in evidence and at times make his conclusions a bit predictable, but some of his cultural critiques are quite brilliant. The chapter on the dilemmas posed by modern science is exceptional. Reading a book like this seems to me much more interesting than actually living in this period would have been.
