The philosophy of the Principles, also known as ÔHealth RealizationÕ or ÔPsychology of MindÕ was first described by Scottish born mystic/visionary Sydney Banks in the late 1970s. It was then taken up by several American Psychologists, notably George Pransky and Roger Mills, who found that, despite its simplicity, it had great effect on their clients and in disrupted and disadvantaged communities.
This book summarises the teachings and experience of the main theorists and practitioners of the philosophy in a simple and coherent form, ready for immediate use.
