I’ve been taking fish oil for years for heart and brain health, and the NatureWise Omega-3 is a fantastic option. They are definitely on the larger side, which can be a bit challenging to swallow every day. If the capsule size were reduced slightly, this would easily be a five-star supplement. Highly recommend for the clean, potent formula and just a little bit of fish smell but manageable.
