The Ploum settees are the fruit of much research into Comfort. And the result: a combination of two specific materials which, when associated with the real dimensional generosity of the Ploum settees, offers an extremely high level of Comfort whilst giving the body the chance to adopt a number of possible postures. As per the designers' wishes, the large settee is asymmetrical in Construction : the right-hand backrest is a little higher than the one on the left, whilst the right-hand seat is slightly deeper than the left-hand one and the zip on the rear of the backrest is off-centre. The seat of the large settee, which may accommodate up to 4 persons, has a slightly closed angle perfect for encouraging sitters to move closer together, which in turn facilitates conversation between the occupants of the settee. The great flexibility of contact associated with a freely-formed shape turn Ploum into a veritable nest: in fact, all positions are possible here, with both back and head enjoying the same soft contact, no matter which part of the seat is concerned, even the arms. Comfort Integral seat in high resilience polyurethane Bultex foam 48 kg/m³ - 3.6 kPa; integral back in Bultex foam 36 kg/m³ - 1.4 kPa with Comfort layer in hyperflexible polyurethane foam 30 kg/m³ - 1.8 kPa. Comfort is reinforced by the nature of the fabric used: a double-layer quilted weave, quilted by points of stitching. Making-up Cover made from a woven fabric generously quilted and quilted by points of stitching. Cover may be removed by an upholsterer. Great Espresso Machine for Beginners

Update:
Milk teamer doesn't deliver the foam like at the first couple of days, and the espresso doesn't come with the crema any longer. Somehow the pressure goes above the espresso range, and I tried to decrease the amount of coffee, and no results. I am so disappointed.
First thing that impressed me about this little espresso machine is how easy it to use. You can make a double espresso shot in literarily 1 minute. Second thing is size, the machine is pretty compact that you can place it anywhere in the kitchen without worrying about taking too much space. Also, it heats up quick, and the options are straightforward. The water tank is just the perfect size, which is excellent for me, and I don't have to refill water constantly.
Performance-wise, it feels solid and does an excellent job making shots like what you'd expect in a cafe. The water pressure is just right, delivering this espresso shot without the extra acidity. The flowmeter regulates the water evenly which is great in making that creamy espresso. Something else to note, it's small and also quiet, which is big to me since the last one was making unnecessary noise every time I make a shot. Now, the milk frother is pretty decent, and create that foam you'd love to see in your cappuccino and latte.
Overall, this is a pretty decent choice, and feels durable.

Nice upgrade 51mm for me
Color: Silver
This is my second 51mm machine. I never used the included handle or basket… I kept my existing HUGH IMS precision basket and bottomless portafilter. The temp and preinfusion are set and not adjustable but fine (reduced variables). I defeated the shut off by volume by setting higher than needed (wish that was easier to turn off). I like to manually shut off when I hit 30g on my scale. The machine will drip since there is not solenoid valve so I just pull the scale from the try when mouse tail breaks and drip starts. The steam wand and hot water dispenser is a massive upgrade (from Capresso EC50) and the real reason for my upgrade. I would have paid $50-100 more for the improvements listed… but I guess most people would not so this is about the best option for me with 51mm (keeping all the 51mm three lug portafilter stuff I own). 5 stars = for me and the price

Reliably makes a good cup of coffee!

This espresso machine is great. I wanted something simple and reliable and that’s exactly what it is. In fact, the espresso comes out with a nice creamy coffee froth on top and the flavor is excellent. I don’t normally write reviews, but I think this one is worth it and I want them to stay in business because I’ll probably be sending some of these out as gifts come next Christmas.
