Squeeze contents of bottle onto ink pad, until the desired amount of ink has been absorbed into the felt ink pad. Replace cap. Store in a cool, dry place. Out of the way of direct sunlight. The Perfect Firm Pillow l

It is everything it claims to be, cool, comfortable and strong. I got this for my husband first, he loves it and then got one for my son, he uses it to support his knees and has been sleeping much better since then.
They both needed a firm pillow that is not super soft, firm but not achy.

Better then the fake down style pillows
These shredded memory foam pillows are really comfortable. They’re soft but still supportive, and I like that you can adjust the fill to get the firmness just right. They don’t go flat easily and hold their shape well through the night. Definitely a nice upgrade if you want something more customizable than a regular pillow.
