Yellow / Green Splatter.  Portland 2024.

Hot on the heels of blistering debut album ‘Festering Grotesqueries,’ Portland death/grind quartet Dripping Decay spew forth the ‘Ripping Remains’ EP, a six-song concatenation of casket-crushing brutality! Unwilling to rest on their laurels while waiting for ‘Festering Grotesqueries’ to be released, vocalist Eric Stucke, guitarist “Maniac” Neil Smith, bassist Jackson Jordan and drummer Jason “The Machine” Borton spent the summer of 2023 crafting ‘Ripping Remains,’ which sees the band mesh their trademark blend of Repulsion, Autopsy and Terrorizer with facets of thrash and grindcore both new and old. The result is a fast and furious yet well-rounded listen, proving the bands’ technical prowess without sacrificing mosh-worthy hooks and moments of crawling, ominous dirge. Tracked in the familiar confines of Portland’s legendary Falcon Studios, ‘Ripping Remains’ was put to tape by Dripping Decay’s unofficial fifth member Derek Leisy, who also assumes mixing duties after the retirement of ‘Festering Grotesqueries’ mixing engineer Vincent Detto. Leisy lends a more vicious, grind-centric edge to the proceedings, contrasting the grotesque, gut-punch production of the full-length with a sharp slice of the metal-phoric scalpel, proving himself more than worthy of the producer’s role. Mastering engineer extraordinaire Dan Lowndes, alumnus of both previous Dripping Decay releases, returns to round out the recording, which also features a guest vocal appearance by August “Gurge” Ivanoff (Lord Gore) and a rightfully ‘ripping’ cover of “Trick or Treat,” originally penned by Detroit speed metal legends Halloween. ‘Ripping Remains’ will be released on January 26, 2024 via Satanik Royalty Records on yellow with lime splatter.

Comfortable boy shoes
Size: 4 Wide Big Kid, Color: Black/White
My son’s favorite sneakers. I think this is a fourth pair we ordered as he grows. Lightweight but mostly wide enough to be comfortable. I wouldn’t buy them for a full price but they are often in sale and then it’s great value for my money.

Merrell Unisex Child Wind 3.0 (4 Big Kid, Silver/Purple)Merrell Unisex Child Wind 3.0
Size: 4 Big Kid, Color: Silver/Purple
These shoes are cute and fit true to size! My daughter loves them. However these are Saucony shoes, NOT Merrell. I guess these are owned by the same company (I had to look it up) but are still very much so separate brands so I think its a bit misleading to have them labeled Merrell on the listing but Saucony on the actual shoes.

Good - but not really wide
Size: 2.5 Wide Big Kid, Color: Black/White
I purchased these for my son (6 Years old). He has quite a wide foot, so we purchased these because they said they were wide. They were not. Overall the style is nice, but in the end we had to return them and we wound up with some Sketchers wide sneakers that truly were wide.

Love them!
Size: 4 Wide Big Kid, Color: Black/White
Great quality, fit as expected, comfortable, and a great value for the money! I wear a size 4 widechildren’s shoe, which makes it very hard to find footwear that fits. And these fit just right!
