걸그룹의 진화를 모토로 결성
제작 전부터 한 단계 진화한 K-POP걸그룹을 표방하며 만들어진 'EvoL'은 이와 같은 컨셉에 매료돼 지망한 멤버들로 팀을 이루었다. '스타덤' 소속으로는 이젠 당연시 되어버린 싱어송라이터로써의 능력은 물론, 안무, 보컬, 컨셉 등 모든 면에서 강렬함과 대담함을 보인다.
팀리더 Say(세이), 메인래퍼 JUCY(쥬시)등은 연습생 초기부터 작사, 작곡과 곡 구성에 동참해 왔으며 그 결과 신인임에도 싱글이 아닌 미니앨범으로 데뷔 할 수 있을 만큼 많은 곡을 확보 할 수 있었다.
총 5곡으로 구성 된 미니 앨범은 제피, rhythm king, 김용현, 박하라, 다니엘 김 등 걸출한 신예 프로듀서들이 대거 참여하였다. 소속사 측은 수록 곡 외에도 이미 앨범 분량의 선곡과 녹음이 진행되어 있음을 알리며 가능한 많은 곡을 빨리 들려드리고픈 욕심이 앞서지만 차근차근 전략적으로 접근하겠다고 밝혔다.
파격적인 타이틀처럼 새로움과 강렬함을 표방한 EvoL이 K-POP월드를 폭파해줄지 귀추가 주목된다.
