36×50mm preformed PVC shrink caps are tamper-evident bottle closure caps made from durable PVC material, designed to slip over a sealed bottle neck and shrink to a clean, professional finish with the application of heat. Each cap arrives fully preformed and ready to apply — no opening or preparation required before placing on the bottle, unlike lay-flat shrink sleeves that must be manually opened prior to use. Applied using a heat gun or heat tunnel, the PVC material conforms tightly to the bottle neck and stopper, creating a secure tamper-evident seal that reassures consumers and reinforces brand presentation at the point of sale. Available in matte black, glossy black, and clear/transparent, each finish offering a distinct look to complement a wide range of label and packaging designs. Pre-shrink diameter is 36mm with a 50mm height, designed to fit bottle necks and stoppers up to 35mm at their widest point. Perfect for distilleries, wineries, olive oil producers, hot sauce manufacturers, specialty food bottlers, and any producer seeking a reliable tamper-evident seal across small-batch and high-volume bottling operations alike.
Why Choose 36×50mm Preformed PVC Shrink Caps?
- Preformed construction arrives ready to apply with no preparation needed, saving time and reducing handling steps compared to lay-flat shrink sleeves
- PVC material shrinks cleanly and consistently under heat gun or heat tunnel application, delivering a tight, professional finish across every bottle
- Three finish options — matte black, glossy black, and clear/transparent — provide flexible branding choices to suit a wide range of label and packaging designs
- Tamper-evident seal communicates product integrity to consumers and meets standard bottling presentation expectations across spirits, food, and beverage categories
- Larger 36mm diameter accommodates bottle necks and stoppers up to 35mm, making it the right fit for wider-neck bottle formats and larger cap stoppers
- Sizing guidance recommends ordering a cap 1-2mm larger than the widest point of the stopper or neck for a consistent, snug fit every time
36×50mm preformed PVC shrink caps outperform lay-flat shrink sleeves for producers bottling with larger-neck formats, arriving ready to apply straight from the carton and delivering consistent heat-shrink performance across matte and gloss finish options that reinforce brand identity at every bottle.
