Composer and producer Andy Dragazis has announced his debut album "Afterimages", set to be released on Dragazis' own label, Lightwell Recordings, on 06 December. Dragazis is perhaps best known for his albums under the Blue States moniker including the downtempo classic "Nothing Changes Under The Sun". "Afterimages" is an ambient album at heart, with it's title inspired by phosphenes - the sensation of seeing patterns and light when we close our eyes. The ten tracks combine experimental synthesis with a string quartet, blurring the lines of electronic and orchestral soundscape. The album evokes the spirit of meditative chamber music by combining fragile string orchestration with waves of electronic drones and scratchy percussion to create something wonderfully idiosyncratic. First taster from the album, "For The Learner", is out now, featuring a brooding opening that builds with soaring strings melding with electronic wobbles and percussion. The self-reflective track title echoes the feeling of imposter-syndrome that many in the arts experience. A feeling that oddly increases rather than subsides with experience, "For The Learner" is an envious nod to a younger, greener but more care-free self. From the heartfelt, barren strings of "Butterfly Mind" to the dense grandeur of "Wavelet", "Afterimages" is an album where lo-fi and minimal meets widescreen, influenced by composers such as Ben Frost, Colin Stetson and the Erased Tapes label. Recorded at Dragazis' London-based Lightwell studios as an antithesis to the noise pollution of his surroundings, "Afterimages" is an immersive album full of subtle beauty and light. 1. Don’t buy
Size: 5 in
I bought one at a store for my Rottweiler puppy, about 2 months ago, I bought one from here n about 5 minutes she had chewed the end off, they did send me another, no charge, well I received the other bone yesterday, she chewed a big split in it. Won’t buy anymore, I’m out the money, which isn’t much. Made in China also, no more. Going back to Kong toys, they do last with aggressive chewers. Don’t know why but the one I bought at the store is holding up real good.

Eh...

I had high hopes for these cause we have other spot brand toys that have last a long time. Unfortunately these just don't hold up to the test! My dogs had them broken in about 5 - 10 mins. They did smell good tho and my dogs went crazy over them before I ever got them out of the bag. Lol.

Smells too strong
Size: 5 in
My dog hates the way this thing smells. She tries to play with it, but the scent is too strong for her nose. I know it's the scent because she usually sniffs it two or three times in between trying to grab it with her mouth. She treats it like an explosive in her mouth and quickly moves away after spitting it out.
She used to have a bone that looked similar to this (same material) that was unscented and she gnawed the hell out of it. My sister's pitbull spent the night and chewed that toy into bits, leaving my Yorkie mourning the loss of her once treasured bone.
Please make an UNSCENTED version of this toy!!!!

If you were looking for a sign to buy this, here it is
Color: A) Small 2.5" Ball
If you are looking for a ball that can stand up next to a heavy, aggressive chewer.. this is a good choice. Our Pitbull literally destroyed any and every toy that she gets with the exception of one kind of kong ball. She tore through the kong Frisbees, any kind of squeaker toy, and the wobble wag giggle ball (she usually always ends up destroying these but it takes a few weeks. Today she beat her record and had her brand new ball destroyed within the first 30 minutes of us taking it out of the box). But, this ball she has not been able to destroy. I'd like to believe that the Kong ball she has and this ball are made of the same material. Because they are the only balls she can't ruin. And it's not because of a lack of trying. We have watched her sit there and chew with a side of her mouth for an hour or more, trying to make some kind of indention or tear in it and it just never happened. She loves to chew this thing, chase this thing, sleep with this thing. I most certainly recommend this ball. If it is I'ah proof then it is most certainly, 100% a durable ball and worth every penny
