The primary ingredient of each capsule is Magnesium Citrate, which is more easily digested and better absorbed than other forms of magnesium. Each capsule contains 400 mg of magnesium citrate, providing 120mg of elemental magnesium. The rest of the capsule shell is comprised of Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose.

The capsules are also vegan friendly as they don't incorporate animal products. The supplement does not contain wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut ingredients, or other allergenic substances. It's manufactured without the use of artificial additives, such as colours, sweeteners, or preservatives.
