RECOMMENDED PROTOCOL:
I recommend that all the tinctures be used together. The liver and kidney tinctures will be taken daily for 35 days. Terminate tincture will be taken for 14 days. You will take a 7 day break and then you will continue for 14 more days and than cease use.

I recommend taking 1-2 baths a week.

After about a week of taking the tinctures you can add in the teas and drink them as desired.
