Digitally remastered two-fer containing a pair of Jazz classics on one CD. Contains the complete Harry Sweets Edison quartet LP THE INVENTIVE MR EDISON, appearing here for the first time ever on CD. It was recorded under studio Conditions live at the Haig, in Los Angeles, and showcases the trumpeter swinging well known standards backed by Arnold Ross, Joe Comfort and Alvin Stoller. According to discographies, this album is unique for being the first of Edison's very few quartet dates. Our companion LP, JAWBREAKERS, also included here in it's entirety, was taped in a quintet format nearly a decade after our first album, and features Sweets sharing the frontline with tenor saxophonist Eddie Lockjaw Davis.

Waste of Money

Don't think you are getting a professional divider. These things are pressed cardboard, they rattle and they have no sound reduction.
I would return if it wasn't such a pain to dis assemble and repackage. We bought three for our office, but the other two will immediately be returned on Monday.....WASTE of time and money.
