Size wise, designed for the teen to adult, the small fitting an average wrist and the large are more chunky or wide wrist. They are equally effective firm or loose so do suit a wide range of sizes however for a tiny wrist the small may still be too large. It is best to measure a piece of string to the same sizes below to best determine if the size will work for you.
