What does it taste like?
Crisp and fresh, like a light apple drink with the deeper, rounded fruit of matured ume underneath. It is gentle, fruity and easy, almost cider-like, and at 8% it is one of the lightest, most approachable bottles Nakata makes.
How strong is it?
