Slip into this CUSTOM-MADE period design coat and feel yourself transported to the days of Jane Austen walking the streets of England. This delightful, simple long Regency spencer jacket has the following features. First, medium weight rich red twill with a burgundy chenille for the accent. The lapel collar bodice has lovely lines and contures with its diamond style back and overturned lapel collar. The front closes with two elegant burgundy frog clasp/toggles. Around the waist a band of twill adds an added detail. The long skirt of the jacket is heavily box pleated in the back to the bodice giving this jacket a full skirt. The generous hem is stitched with a hidden hem stitch to appear invisible. Each puffed sleeve ends with cuff band adorned with a chenille self covered button. The bodice is lined and features hand whip stitching on the inside of the armholes. This jacket would be perfect over a regency dress or out on the town showing off your regency flair!

Measurements: Made to fit you! Please allow 7-10 weeks for us to create this for you (rush ordering available). We do not have any more of the exact red twill dyed to this particular rich shade just to make this coat but can order a similar color or a completely different color of your choice. The last photo is a jacket made in forest green micro brush cotton twill, dark green velvet and black frog closures. Please convo us if interested.
