Each New Beginnings Magnesium Citrate capsule contains 100mg of elemental magnesium, equivalent to approximately 689mg of Magnesium Citrate. The suggested daily intake is one to two capsules daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
The capsules are suitable for vegetarians, as they contain no meat or gelatin products. The product is free from GMOs, gluten, dairy and soy. They are also free from artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives.
