Rattan is known for being one of the most durable plant fibres and can be harvested every five to seven years. It is one of the most environmentally friendly materials, making the Altus pendant the perfect sustainable lighting solution.
The Altus rattan pendant creates a warm and cosy illuminance. Light shines through small openings between the woven fibres, creating texture and casting gentle shadows onto interior surfaces.
This handwoven rattan pendant is suspended with a cable attached to a brass ceiling rose. To match a range of interiors, the brass components come in five distinct colour finishes: antique brass, antique silver, polished brass, satin brass and powder-coated matte black.
A water-resistant IP65 option is also available, making the Altus rattan pendant a fitting addition to bathrooms and sheltered outdoor settings.
With a diameter of 40cm, the Altus rattan pendant is a great lighting choice for large kitchen islands, living rooms, bedrooms, entryways and commercial spaces. Timeless in shape and texture, this eco-friendly pendant is a complimentary piece to both modern and more vintage or rustic interiors.
