So, how does one improve on that I hear you say...well, fast front-heavy FWD vehicles all suffer the same problem - understeer due to front-end weight transfer and lift during acceleration. Manufacturers reduce this with limited-slip diffs but excessive deflection in worn rubber suspension bushes, specifically the front wishbone bushes as they age, can worsen this and promote unwanted reactions such as imprecise steering, braking instability and reduced traction including wheel-hop, problems that will no doubt take the sharp edge off what is usually a razor-sharp track weapon.
