Tetrathionate Broth BaseTetrathionate Broth Base Tetrathionate Broth Base, otherwise known as TT Broth, is used with an iodine iodide solution for the cultivation of Salmonella spp. from clinical specimens, foods and other materials of sanitary importance. Enzymatic Digest of Casein and Animal Tissue supply nitrogenous substances and carbohydrates for bacterial growth. Upon addition of Iodine and Potassium Iodide, the Sodium Thiosulfate in this medium produces tetrathionate.
Tetrathionate Broth Base
Tetrathionate Broth Base, otherwise known as TT Broth, is used with an iodine-iodide solution for the cultivation of Salmonella spp. from clinical specimens, foods and other materials of sanitary importance. Enzymatic Digest of Casein and Animal Tissue supply nitrogenous substances and carbohydrates for bacterial growth. Upon addition of Iodine and Potassium Iodide, the Sodium Thiosulfate in this medium produces tetrathionate. Only microorganisms containing the enzyme tetrathionate reductase will proliferate in this medium. Bile Salts suppress the growth of coliforms and Gram-positive organisms. Calcium Carbonate neutralizes acid pH and absorbs toxic metabolites. There is a choice of 3 sizes - 500g, 2kg, and 10kg.
PREPARATION: Mix 46 grams of the medium in one liter of purified water until evenly dispersed. Heat with repeated stirring and boiling. Cool to 50.0 °C before adding 20ml of an iodine-iodide solution (6g iodine + 5g potassium iodide in 20ml of purified water) DO NOT REHEAT AND DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Use immediately.

Good solid backpack

I’m really happy with this backpack. It fits my Lenovo Legion 5 16'' perfectly with just a little room to spare, but not so much that the laptop shifts around. The material feels sturdy and durable, and the waterproof design gives me peace of mind when I’m out and about.
The travel strap on the back is a huge plus for me—it makes traveling so much more comfortable. There’s also plenty of space for my things, and I can easily use it as a weekend bag for 1–2 days without it feeling bulky.
The price is not bad, for the quality you receiving is honestly really good. If you’re looking for a reliable, well‑made backpack with lots of room, this one is a great choice.

A really nice one!
