Thanks to the ribbed design of the plates, food is cooked with branding lines, giving a premium just-grilled look. The ribbed plates also help to channel grease away from the food into the drip tray, reducing grease in food and keeping the plates ready for the next item.
Supplied with a removable grease tray for simple cleaning. Responsive manual controls are front-facing, allowing the plates to be independently controlled for rapid heat-up when needed.
