To record to an external USB SSD and/or to record with high frame rates with your Panasonic mirrorless camera models such as the Lumix DC-GH7, you'll need this USB-C AC Power Adapter and Cable from Panasonic. This AC power adapter can power your camera from mains power. It is required to power the camera when you need to record high-resolution video externally using an optional USB SSD to ensure enough power is provided to maintain high-resolution file recording and high frame rates over 61 fps. The AC cable adapter is also required by the separately available DMW-DCC18 coupler, which can be used when the camera's USB-C port is occupied.

This adapter is compatible with Panasonic models DC-GH7, DC-S1H, DC-S1R, DC-S1, DC-S5, DC-S5 II, DC-S5 IIX, DC-S9, DC-GH5 II, DC-G9 II, DC-GH6, and DC-G100D.
